Porsche Crest Visual Upgrade

Last week I sourced a beautiful set of factory fuchs in 15x8 & 7 to replace my 16s. And it has kicked my project back into gear. Aside from the motor/suspension work that I have planned, I go back and fourth on aesthetic upgrades. Below are 3 rendering, the first is how it sits today the second is Carrera 3 route and the third is a bit of a hot rod.

What's everyones favorite? (Strickly based on looks)

1. Stock

2. Front Spoiler, Carrera Tail & Carrera Decal

3. Removed side skirt, Porsche Navy Decal, w/ Das Roll bar.

It's an SC, right? So #2 is out. #3 would be fine, but make the decal in black and bring the nose up a bit.

Correct 83 SC, #2 is out because it's a tribute?

Number two for sure - the others are examples of 911s that are having an identity crisis (aka - they look far too bland without tails and front spoilers to be proper sports cars).

As far as the rake, the car looks like this 2.7.

Number #3.....reduce the height of the rear. Add the front spoiler only.

Side decal is awesome in your color of choice !!!!

#2, lower the rear a trifle, and have the Fuchs PC'd all black. super sporty, but still a real looker.

(I had to log into Pelican on my phone and then disconnect from the work wifi to get the pics to load.)

I agree w/porschenut in the very first reply. Raise the front to get the right stance. Decal in black. Lower does not always look better on these cars to my eyes (and there can be handling issues, too).

I'm going to go with #2 and after a new set of tires have the corners balanced and ride height adjusted.

Tribute to what, exactly? Putting a decal and a whale tail on it doesn't make it a Carrera, or even a tribute to a Carrera. Just seems awfully poseur to me.

Cool..

Always loved the CARRERA script

Here's another color option for the Super Carrera by Benton Performance in SC (Southern Cal)

#1 or #3. If it's not a Carrera, don't try to make it look like one. You wouldn't like it if someone did that to you! ☺ I like the car in stock form, but all good to remove side skirts. Porsche decal also cool. Raise front a tad. Drop rear a tad. To level it up If you do spoilers, do both front and back.

You literally have 86 RS tribute in your signature and your calling me a poseur for adding the Weissach wing which came on an SC and a Carrera decal? I'm not trying to make a tribute to the 2.7 and have no intentions of trying to pass my car off as anything other than an SC with catalog options that are from the begining of the impact bumper era. What I'm going for is the best looking SC possible and if it shares options with a Carrera, cool.
