1967 911 leaning

Hey guys I came into my garage this morning and noticed my back left tire was flat. So I used the factory jack point adapter and raised the car to replace with a full size. All went smooth but when I lowered the car it’s now leaning to the right.? Did I do something wrong?

That’s a temporary suspension effect from jacking. Just drive the car a mile or so and suspension should settle and return back to normal.
