Oil leak advice on '86 Carrera

I have three leaks that I'd like to get input on. One is on the rear main seal leaking below the pulley. Another is on the oil cooler which I've seen a couple of posts that I can fix this without removing the engine (unlike the rear main). Then there's the next one which appears is sending oil to the lower valve/rockers that I can't seem to find much on. I'm considering paying a local porsche shop to help but wanted your opinion first.

All of my oil leaks started after I bought the car. Couple things happened early on. 1) the previous owner drove with broken fan belt in the middle of texas summer, and 2) I had the bright idea of running seafoam through a 33 year old car with 125k miles which I later learned is a bad idea.

I've had good luck with the Liqui Moly "motor oil saver" product as well. Not sure how much can be attributed to that alone, but there are no more drops of oil on the garage floor anymore. Not a permanent fix, but could be a decent stopgap measure until it's time to get a few different things knocked out during an engine drop.

Picture 1 shows oil on lower flange of engine oil coller.
- check oil from above (=> oily trinity !!)

Picture 2 shows oil from seal of return tubes
- check/replace O-ring seals

regarding 1, do not take this lightly! apart that it is a PITA to attend, the oil Spilling there may clogg the finns of the rear cylinders and clogg the cooler itself,
and you don't want that to happen.
So adress ASAP.

Are you using synthetic combination oil?
Don’t.

second pic looks like the oil return tubes leak. Stick your finger up on top of it on the engine case to see if there is any oil to make sure it's not from somewhere above, just a security check before taking things off. If it is the oil return tubes, time for new collapsible tubes. Still remember my buddy and I did this on my car. It can be fun
