Rear cable loom large rubber protective sleeve Part #

Now working on freshening up the Cable loom before putting back in to the body-shell and I would like to replace the large I think rubber protective sleeve around the rear/engine cable loom (the one that goes around the back of the rear torsion tube). Its very tatty and falling apart.

A part number would be great or an alternative use product suggestion.
