Hey JR911. I have a question. Since you live the the Heat Bowl from hell (Phoenix) how does your P Car handle the extreme heat?? Any problems while driving in 110+ heat??

911SC Pilot,

Sorry I can't give you a report just yet, this will be my first summer driving it here, bought it 12-7-01.

Last summer it was down for repairs that I was doing, trans, clutch, and detailing etc.

My next big project is to get the a/c back in working condition, the hell heat is on order and should be here by June!

I'm sorry...Isn't it "Targa (off) weather" in Phoenix year 'round? My mother in law lives there and I can't remember a Christmas visit where it wasn't warm enough for shorts. Maybe you southern folks just have really thin blood.

I think most SC's that drive in really hot weather could use either a brass 28 tube cooler (maybe only on '83 cars in the US), a Carrera cooler (upgrade from the trombone) or a frt bumper cooler.

It has potential but not topless just yet. Lots of wet melting snow.
