1970 Targa rear shelf alignment
 

Hi. Does anyone know if the lip that goes onto the rear parcel shelf butts up against the glass of the rear windscreen? I've straightened the lip with some heat but it still sits about an inch from the centre of the glass and rubber seal, it's ok at the edges. Thinking of just adding a piece to make it fit to the glass, it won't be seen when it's recovered. Cheers
