Talking Wide body and sway bars

I currenly have a 930 turbo look body with 9" on the rear, would a rear sway bar make a huge difference in handling the corners? I currently for some reason don't have a rear sway bar....its missing.

would you happen to know where I can buy the plate that is welded on teh body that the sway bar bolts onto with two bolts...Passenger side is gone! or shall I weld my own design on.?
