951 wheels require no spacers to clear 930 turbo calipers on the 911s. This is why they are often used on 911s.

About a year ago I ran a full set of staggered 951 wheels on my 87 911 with Turbo brakes. 8s in the rear, 7s out front. I have since moved the 8s to the front (their offset allows for this with no spacers and no "poke" past the fenders) and purchased 930 turbo wheels (16x9") for the rear. This allows me to run sticky 245/45 and 225/45 tires for that extra grip. Really comes in handy with a bigger motor and one of the best brake kits made for our cars - from the factory.

951-Fuchs have deeper bolt socket and other Offset than 911-Fuchs.

Also se inner-951-bed is slightly different, so it even clears the BIG-RED calipers (where a 911-Fuchs would rub).

ET in below Chart is OFFSET (Einpresstiefe)

Yes the bolt socket is recessed more in the 951 Fuch

but
No, the 911 and 951 Fuch have the same ET23.3, as does the 951 8

The 911 8 is ET10.6

The big difference between a 911 and 951 Fuch 7 is that the 951 has more room in the back for brakes

951 7 , note the recessed seats, similar to Fuchs 9ET15

911.362.115.00 is an early forging first available in '77
there are multiple later versions of the same wheel
911.362.115.90 ... 911.362.115.07
911.361.020.44 is somewhere in the middle of that range, I don't have a specific listing for it so there may be some cosmetic differences ie paint & polish sort of thing

to be clear
the : 911.362.115.00 and the 911.361.020.44
can work together as a pair of fronts
on a 1981 930 turbo
& clear the original turbo brakes?
