Source for OEM Shift knob? 89 Carrera

MY 89 Carrera has an aftermarket shift knob. Looking to replace with a stock one. Anyone know a source for an OEM or reproduction one?

Googled for an hour with no luck.

Knob part number is 95042407900; our host has them at $248 each (this is knob only, not the cap insert with the shift pattern). The cap is 95042412001 @ $6.50.
