It’s really stupid simple. I took some plastic from a product package, (that stuff that’s impossible to open without a flamethrower and explosives) and cut a hole to fit the OEM funnel thingy. Then I just freehanded with scissors and kept doing trial and error fitting and cutting till it fit. Then transfer the shape to the silicone sheet,

The hard part was the drilling of the pop rivet holes, I used my pneumatic 90 degree aircraft sheet metal drill and really short bits to drill the holes for the pop rivets, installed it and gooped with seam sealer.
