P-Car Appraisal needed
I need to get my car appraised for insurance purposes. Can anyone recommend a location in the Chicago metro area that can do this? Or anywhere else for that matter.

I have seen appraisers advertise in this magazine, don't know if you'll find one on their web site http://www.sportscarmarket.com.
I'd also suggest you consider alternative collector insurance. I just insured my 69 through Parish Heacock. $22,000 "agreed" value, 3,000 mile per year limit for $250 per year - good coverage too. If you do a Pelican search on insurance you will find many threads on this topic.

You might want to try http://www.midwestperformancecars.com located on Belmont on the near north side.
Doug Gold runs the place, if he wont do it... he might be able to point you in the right direction.
