Brushes for bower motor

Anyone know if its possible to bye brushes for blower motor (911 624 151 02)?

They might work but would need some adaptation. Wire exists from behind and not on top like it should with the original brushes.
Have already tried brushes like these for my heater blower and they wore in no time, probably because they were too soft or may be because spring force was incorrect.

i was able to find some joy for brushes at an outfit called eurtone electric. ???

Is bearing failure also common on the early fan motors?

You can buy brushes by the size on ebay. And they are easy to shave down if they are too big.
