Engine oil cooler repair
Does anyone know anyone or a company that repairs leaking engine oil coolers for the '65-89 911's?

pacific oil coolers in so cal. there is only so much they can do though as often the leak is deep within the cooler and can not be accessed for a brazing repair. you really don't know until they pressure test it to determine where it's leaking. ive sent two to them, one of which was repairable, another that was not.
be careful buying a used one though. I got one from the classifieds here that was "cleaned and tested" supposedly. I sent it to pacific coolers for their professional cleaning as it was going on a fresh motor only to find it had a leak. that was the cooler that was able to be repaired fortunately, but the seller would not cover any of the costs to repair it even with me sending documentation on pac coolers testing assessment. you out there reading this tom123racing from Connecticut ?

Usually if they leak and get repaired, they will leak again. Might be in another spot but it’s not worth playing - wack a mole.
We have the Stompski pressure tester and it works great for making sure it’s a solid cooler.
