Bremerton (NW) autocross - 3/22

Who all is headed to Bremerton Saturday? I will be towing the 808 over and I think my wife will be bringing her Boxster to kick my A** again!

Here is the link to all of the info - should be lots of Pcars. Easy drive for you over the Tacoma Narrows bridge.

The 911 is in the paint shop, and probably will not be ready, so I'll be there in the silly little gold NARP 944.

Slater, you can ride with me if you like. I'm with the tech inspection folks. We meet at the Nisqually Pub parking lot, probably around seven. I was considering not going (it's gonna rain, folks), but I NEED to flog my car. Stress, you know. It all goes away Saturday.

Porsche Crest Bremerton Sunday

I'd love to go but I still need to wait another couple of weeks before I have stoneguard applied over the new paint. Or I might just throw a few layers of low tack masking tape over the front of the car and join you guys anyways.

If I wasn't willing to drive in the rain, I'd never drive, track or autocross my car. In fact I don't think my car knows what dry pavement is!

I may be there. I have a lot to get done on my car before the following weekend's DE event so I may just work on the car all weekend.
Harlan, your car looks great! Where are those polished wheels?

For those of you in my class (S2): It's going to be wet and cold and sloppy. Do you really want to stand around all day and get soaked, for only four minutes of fun?

For those of you in other classes: Hope to see you there, it'll be a BLAST!

Can anyone tell me what class I'm in? I think it will be GTU or Novice if they have it.

Here is a link to my car specs http://www.boxstar.net/68Specs.htm

Mark,
The PCA web site has all the class information. There is no novice group but there is a time only group. I'd run in your class tho as time only is usually the non P-cars.

Instead of standing in the rain, I think I'll be rebuilding brake calipers.

You will be either GTU ou MU. Almost nobody has been running in MU, whereas you will have competition in GTU. Since the 911 is still in the paint shop, I'll be running the 944 in GTU. Just got some new Hoosiers mounted, but looking at the weather, looks like the Yokohamas will stay on the car. See you tomorrow.
