Voltage regulator - extra wire - 1983 SC
Hi,
After testing I decided my voltage regulator was faulty and needed replacing. On removing the old regulator I found an extra wire attached to the blue wire post and soldered to the right hand terminal (as you look at it) of the regulator. I am no auto electrician - any ideas on why this wire is there ? Do I need to replace and reattach ?
