Problem with innovate dlg in my 911

hello, I have installed a dual lambda display by Innovate dlg on my 911. Now I have a problem on the channel 2. There are only three strokes to see. I did the usual tests. Does anyone know the problem and can help me. Innovate also has no solution

Hello, the channel 1 works perfectly. It's only about the channel 2 with the three dashes. I have already changed the sensors. It may be that the controller for the 2nd channel is defective. But have no way to test it
