Question on Leland West Insurance (Agreed Value)

A recent thread pointing to a totaled car prompted comments regarding insurance companies and their problems to settle a totaled classic car

Does anyone have experience with Leland West Insurance (Agreed Value)? How are they to deal with regarding a minor claim or a major one? They are endorsed by PCA.

Leland West is not an insurance company, they are insurance brokers. I have them and after a minor accident in 20915 (about 6k in damage) they were ready to do their job , since I was rear ended I let the other guys company pay for it

Agreed value on my car is about 60k and all I needed to to was call them and tell them to double it from the 30k, no appraisal, etc.
