Dewhel Steering Wheel Adapter?
Looks like a cheaper option than the Zuffenhaus adapter... any experience with this on fitment for a Momo on a late model (1986)? $18.99 vs. $160...

That's an adapter/spacer to match up different steering wheel bolt patterns, you would still need a splined hub adapter like the Zuffenhaus (or the ubiquitous Momo adapter).
