How do I tactfully ask this...

Been on this site forever... bought stuff on and off, still do. Try to buy here to support the site...

Lately though, huge price delta on parts prices...

930 Sachs clutch, $420 here...$240 every place else. Same parts number...

Rockers shaft seals...$1.40 elsewhere, $4 here...

I’m all for supporting the home team, and do order from here. Usually don’t price shop.

But I wasn’t expecting 100% price differences...

What’s up with that? Never noticed that before...

I'm price sensitive shopper also but I haven't noticed this. Honestly, my last few purchases from Pelican have been slightly less or at least competitive with others. I did find and ignition coil about 20% less elsewhere last month but thats been about it. If you get something way out of whack like the Sachs kit you should report it, could be a mistake or your not looking at like for like.

Same serial part number... 93011601402...

What am I missing here? Retail is $290...

$460 on here...

Typo? Error?

Pelican's prices for little stuff like that has always been a little out of whack, though they are usually better on common things like the oil drain washers.

I've had a few instances recently, though, where i search for a part, and it lists one price in the results, then a different price (higher) when i go to that product page or add it to my cart.

On a positive note: I was pleasantly surprised when the particular Rennline floor boards I wanted were in stock (black, no holes, targa version).

I think the clutch disc cost difference probably leads back to the dynamic pricing issue that has been discussed here before.

Try looking at Sonnen and prepare for a shock. I've seen prices differences more than $1000...
