'75 911S Charcoal canister hookup

Hi Pelicans,

I'm in the middle of restoration of my 1975 911S which had a charcoal canister removed together with a bracket.

I am trying to bring it back to original and have no reference pictures of where was this hooked up on the engine side.

Am I correct assuming hose No 41 connects to the fitting on the fan shroud?

Where does hose No 35 go???

Also I cannot seem to find any mounting points for 2 supporting clamps that hold these hoses in order.

Could I ask any good Samaritan with this installation in place to help me out here.

Okay so I came across this diagram which makes all connections pretty self explanatory

However I am still looking for ANY help showing the location of 2 holding clamps inside the engine compartment
No 42 on the first diagram

Away from my photos atm but I think that clip bolts into a bracket along the back left side, it’s the same bracket that holds the heater blower motor in. If you are a glutton for punishment you can peruse my thread and look for the heat backdate portion it’s near the beginning. You might be able to check the PET now that you know the general area.

Hello Duane,

Wow, I'm super impressed with Your thread and admire ton of work You did with the car.
I went through the entire thread and found tons of pictures which will help me while working on the car.

I guess this picture I found is the best illustration of the charcoal canister hoses route inside the engine bay

The bracket marked with a red arrow seems to be sitting on the actual firewall but I might be wrong as well.
Also PET mentions there are two identical brackets holding these two thick hoses inside the engine bay.

Would You be able to have a look. I'm not in a rush.

Great job Duane Sir...
