what's the best thing to do with a junk door that has been stripped?

Take it to the metal scrapping recyclers? Call one of those guys who drives around in an old truck picking up abandoned metal?

Garage
Put it on Craigslist for free. Someone I’m sure will take it.

Create some story about how it was banged up in a famous race and sell it to a pub owner?

Drop it off at a scrap metal yard, they won't pay you anything for it (or charge you) but better to recycle than add to the landfill.

Donate it to a 'Rage Room'. Maybe they will give you some free time in exchange.

Someone will buy it and use what’s still good for rust repair sections.

Yes, that's what I was aiming for. Get it in the recycling stream somehow. I put it up for free and within a couple days it disappeared.

Practice some body work then hang it on the wall. Carbone will sell you a cool wrap to put on it.

Practice installing Testarossa-like strakes onto it?

All seriousness aside, it might have value for someone needing a basic door.
