Can I put a 944 steering wheel on a Carrera 3.2?

Wheel doesn't matter. Hub does. I believe they have slightly different spline counts.

Does anyone have a part number for the Carrera 3.2 steering wheel?

Will try to grab mine later. I replaced the stock with a 968CS wheel, but it was specifically mounted to a hub for 911 use.

Quote:
per the PET, for 87-89 the steering wheel part number would have been: 911-347-084-08 380mm sport steering wheel or 911-347-084-09 380mm sport steering wheel with elevated hub. |

Afaik, the early 944 wheel (pre-dash facelift) uses the same splines, so yes on those.
