i am going to tackle a syncro replacement in my 85 targa...any suggestions. how hard is the process? is there an upgradeed part or do i just order a 915 syncr??

There's a lot to this task. Educate yourself first before you start ordering parts. One often needs to replace more than the synchro ring; dogteeth and operating sleeves often need replacement too. Do a search using 915 as a keyword. Jim
