What was the standard size on 1987 carraras? what were the options? Is there a quick and ez way to tell which size are on my car?

From my 88 owners manual(I think 87 was the same)
Front
1. 7 X 15
2. 6 X 15
3. 6 X 16

Rear
1. 8 X 15
2. 7 X 15
3. 7 X 16

I believe 88911 is correct. If you're not familiar with Fuchs, the best way to find out what you have is pull the wheels. The wheels have the size stamped on the inside along with a part number.

Ok, I have my rears off now. On the rear is stamped

7 Jx16.

I assume 7 is the inches. What is the J for?

I seemed to have read something about "J" referring to the shape of the lip where the tire mounts to the rim. Not sure about that though.
