Cant find fuel filter??
My 73.5 911 has a fuel filter that has been discontinued. The Porsche # is 911 010 18400. The Bosch # is 0450 903 056. There was an update kit through Porsche but is no longer available. The update kit included a bracket to relocate the new style filter, fittings and filter. Does anyone have a suggestion or know of a alternate filter to use?

Funny thing that.
![]() ![]() Once I go the deal figured out, it took me about 2 hours to fabricate the needed parts and install. ![]()

Pelican Parts sells a 1973 1/2 fuel filter (upgrade?), Bosch # 0045905016. They do state that the original ones are NLA.
You might want to call them and see what's involved in changing over to the one they have in stock. It has a PP # C-110-176-02, sell for $22.50, Regards and good luck, Gary |
