PMO chokes have a larger outside diameter than Webers do (50mm vs. 46mm) which would require a difficult fixturing on the internal features of the choke to turn the diameter down.
Overall height and distance from top to the waist of the internal venturi are the same for Weber & for PMO. To install Weber chokes into PMOs would require a sleeve to increase 46mm diameter of Webers to 50mm and then you would need to re-profile the inlet to provide a good airflow. Better to start with an aluminum tube & make PMO chokes from scratch or wait until EMPI makes them available again.
