These wheels would look good on an early car!
These are compomotive. available in 15x8 at the largest. Any bolt pattern and I think the backspacing would be fine. They are $250 ea, also available in 4 or 5 colors. Could somebody photo shop them onto an early car with a duck tail?

Those are one of many replicas of the original Minilite magnesiun wheels - fitted as original equipment to the rear of several 911ST's in the early '70's.
Here are a couple of pictures showing 9x15" Minilites on the rear of ST's: Andy 69 911E----------->R |

Here's a couple of other interesting photos. The Minilites are typically seen on the rear only. These 2 photos from the 73 LeMans 24 hr show Minilites used on the front only.

Great pics guys. What is wrong with the orange car? Is the motor out of it? It seems to sit a little funny. I love it though!!!
Yes they are available in 15X6 and 15X7. If I put them on my car I will put 7s on the front 8s on the rear. I need to check into rubber. As Jack is always saying its getting really hard to find HP tires in 15" sizes. I think 225/50R15 will be availble for some time though.

Paul, the picture that I 'stole' the wheels from on pannasports' website was a four-lug Datsun 240/260/280Z. You'll have to use your imagination for the fifth!! max

That is SWEET!
I've always liked Minilites. Now I like 'em even more!

An early car with the "Minilite" look on the rear with Fuchs in the front is a very nice look. As I recall Fuchs were not available in 15x9 so early racers used the Minilites on the rear.

Fuchs vs. Minilites (Panasports)
I'd be interested to find out the weight differences of 15x7 Fuchs and 15x7 Minilites (Panasports).
Anyone know which wheel is heavier, and, of course, which is the better wheel?

Any idea on the price of these puppies 16x7 & 8 in early offset??
Must be one of the very few US wheels that make Porsche stud spacing, although its easier to fit 'em in photoshop than in life!

Those wheels look great! I'm sure they don't cause your car to do this...

My understanding is that Panasports do not come in any 5 bolt patterns. The Compomotives are custom drilled for any application and the mating surface is custom machined to fit the appropriate hub etc.
There web site does not show that any 16 inch sizes are available (or I would of already bought some :-))

just cruised the panosport webpage...some of the cars in the gallery pics have a 5 bolt pattern...
I am guessing they customize to the application... might be worth a phone call MJ |
