Take a look at my case

One is a pic of behind the oil cooler
Looks like a hole someone epoxied over
The other is inside just below the T

The second pic is of the steel tube that is pressed into the J pipe under the thermostat. Is it drilled out, or is that just flashing from the pressing operation?

It's cast in. Good idea to epoxy the spaces in case they seep. Normal.

in the process of rebuilding my 930 engine, and when I saw this on the case I thought "oh nooooo". then found posts about doing this.
