anyone have a link or PDF of the PET diagram for adjustable spring plates?

I've looked and haven't found a copy of the PET for the adjustable spring plate. I need a couple of washers for the spring plate clamping bolts and eccentrics. ideally I'd just order some that are already cad or yellow zinc plated... I was hoping I could find the diagrams and a list of part numbers.
