Sierra Madre vs Carpointe door pockets
I thought I share my recent purchases of door pockets from SMC and Carpointe. If you look at the picture of the two pockets, you will see SMC’s (bottom)pocket to be of a more detailed texture and the aluminum to be of more brushed than chrome. The top pocket is from Carpointe. Other than that, quality is very good for both. Have not installed them yet, so not sure of fit.

I see a top and a bottom, please advise....
I assume the bottom pocket is SMC

I got both of them from eBay.
I believe $1100 for Carpointe and $1800 for SMC |

Did you forget a decimal point? If not, that sounds like an expensive set of door pockets.

No, unfortunately those LWB pockets are stupid expensive. The Carpoint sell for €999, which is currently about $1100. They are the most affordable I've seen. And freight from Germany is on top of that.
