Wipers Won’t Park
I have 1977 911 and installed a new to my car wiper assembly. It will not park, does anyone know what controls the parking function?

the bonus is you can now turn them off when they are on the passenger side and park them there...

do you have an intermittent wiper knob and does it work? I seem to recall that if the intermittent function fails, wipers won't park

I will check that. When the original wipers tightened up I smelled electrical burning so it might have been the intermittent switch.

The park function is done through the stalk switch; if the wipers don't park, intermittent won't work either.
The contacts on the stalk switch can burn up or the little reeds can get bent/misaligned etc. Good description of operation in these threads: Wiper delay system on '76 C3 Intermittent wipers on an early 911
