Hi,

searched the forum a bit but could not find the answer I needed...

does anyone know what M size the outlet is of my 1988 3.2 ?
it's the thread with the hole, where the banjo bolt is attached...

is that an M12 x 1.5 ?

many thanks

Looks to be.

The Bosch Cross Reference/Universal Fuel Pump document shows 0.580.464.069 for your 3.2:

Supercession table has no entry for that pump - not superceded means original part # still valid.

Specs for that pump are here:

Thank you !

that is indeed a very complete answer to my question,

many thanks.

Reason for asking is that I'm investigating the cost to switch fuel lines from metric over to the AN standard - when checking the forum, I did not find someone who did that before, and the metric sets available are expensive...

the AN allows you to do it yourself at a fraction of the cost of buying a set
still in investigation mode, when installing I will make up a detailed description of what I bought and how well it went...

best regards
