You've gotta wonder if "Ruf Targa" means an RCT or a 3.2 Targa with "Ruf" bumpers...
 If it's an RCT or CTR, then it's a mega-bargain!

my guess would be 3.2 Targa with "Ruf" bumpers!

that would be my guess too - but it says RUF package. Hey even just a 30,000 mile 88 targa - $20,000 sounds reasonable.
