WPC Metal Treatment

I may have posted that I used a WPC treatment in an engine build before (not a P car though). Here's a couple new vids from MotoIQ I thought some might find of interest. In the future, I'll need an tranny rebuild. I wonder which parts in the tranny would benefit most from treatment (I know nothing about the OEM internals of a 915). Any comments as to which parts would benefit most from treatment?

I just came across a video on WPC. Interesting stuff that I’ll likely have done on my next engine build.

Another good video. I watched this and the others a while back, some cool stuff and hope to add it to a future rebuild when needed.

I had my pistons WPC treated on a race car (non-P) that required the use of OEM pistons. Unlike a coating, WPC doesn't add thickness to the piston skirt. I've heard a race team WPC treated all the gears in the transmission and reported an increase in power seen at the wheels against the non-WPC treated sister car. Very good stuff IMO.

I had all the bits in my 901 transmission REM treated gears, sliders, ring and pinion etc.. upon inspection everything looked ( as if you can tell visually) felt much smoother... However I never change just one thing on my cars so I can't say for sure.. how much of a benefit it was..
