86 911 heater tube coating

Howdy all!

Working on getting Little Blue a little bit better and one of the projects in the heater boxes. I have new Dansk ones coming, the old ones were pretty ratty. The really scary part of this is I was running an exhaust with bad (internally leaking heat exchangers for way too long) and it looks like a good bit of moisture worked its way up the passenger side heater tube and has rotted out some of the tube. Without doing a massive restoration I was hoping to stabilize everything with some Eastwood internal frame coating. However, it appears that the 2' feet I thought would get everywhere is woefully short, even going from both ends of the heater pipe. Eastwood does not recommend a longer tube as I would get too much pressure loss and not get an even spray pattern.

Do you all have any recommendations?

p.s. if this posted twice I apologize
