I'm going through research on the two different hoses. Here is what I've found as the details are not given with the parts descriptions on this site - at least I didn't find them. P/N 91121127400 is the smaller (50mm) diameter hose that is used on cars with A/C and connects at the blower with a reducing collar and another reducing collar at the lower right connection under the A/C Compressor bracket. P/N 91121152200 is 60mm in diameter and is used on cars without A/C. No reducing collars are used.

Alternative is to order the equivalent SCAT, SCEET etc aircraft hose. These are flexible and more durable than the paper mache OEM hoses.
