They look like early '80s seats - not sport seats. Maybe reupholstered.

Hey Kav,

I think Marv is correct, 911 SC seats possibly known as Tombstone seats?

They look to be wool covered like the RS seats of later years to prevent sliding and heat build-up in the sun.

If they were mine I'd start at $300 to $500 depending on overall condition. Preference given to local pick-up

I'd say start at $500. Those look like they are in above average condition. Those also would match/fit into a 944.

My 75 comfort seats have a round recline knob too. It looks like you have 74,75 comfort seats. The knobs and sliders are worth more than the hassle of shipping the seats. They are worth about $200-300 /set or you can sell the hardware and knobs off for probably $150 and not have to deal with shipping seats.

Eh? Pretty sure the actual tip knob (eg round versus square) interchanges for most years...

But the pre-SC seats have the external recliner brackets with the adjust lever like the early cars, surely? Seats in the pictures look to have the SC/early 3.2 style recliner adjuster wheel and internal brackets.

Real, bona-fide middie seats are pretty rare, even for comfort ones. I kept an eye out for years before giving up...

I'd say those seats were a good deal if you need a set; certainly look to be above average condition - usually the cloth wears out and frays. A good indicator of use is to check how saggy the driver's side springs are compared to the passenger side.

Thank you for the amazing feedback.
I’m debating between buying these or getting the covers.
I hear the covers don’t fit well and shows it.
Is that true?
