Juan -
Marshalling my forces -- a new K27 sits next to me, a TiAL 46mm wastegate and Blitz Dual SBC Spec-R EVC are on their way. The Elephant Racing oil cooler and Pelican fan kit are with the car awaiting my arrival and install.

Unfortunately, the 930 lives 300 miles from me during the cold months, so I have to live vicariously through this Board. I'll post details of installations when I finally get wrenches in my hand next month.

Best,

JP

I'm still around here as well, I have just been lurking rather than posting, but I am on here every day.

Slacker, I too have a new K-27 (7200) sitting next to me and I am about to take the car down to my mechanic this morning. I have a few other things happening as well. I'll be sure to post once I get it all together and tuned.

AMAC, BLKBIRD, any of the Ruf guys? Y'all still out there?

I'm helping Mattias build carbon-fibre lightened SC-chassis with 930 box, 993TT brakes and Saab turbocharged 4-banger engine (good for unholy amount of power). Trollspeed trick hardware to be bolted on after initial certification...suspension looks good for now (uniballs stuff should be better but we are little cash-starved)

Bits and pieces still on it's way in...engine to be bought on tuesday.

Cooling, engine adapter and Trionic-harness still to be solved.

Fuel injection=custom fabricated including fuel rails
Fully programable fuel managment
Custom Carbon fiber throttle body intake
Tail blow off valve

There's more that I can find out...

Cool! A hint: i don't know your power target but those N/A 993 intakes run into breathability issues on turbocharged engines after certain amount of boost is reached (1.1 bar is figure according to Jocke Q. who's gunning for 1.7 bar + :

http://www.itsfun.nu/teknik9.html
http://www.itsfun.nu/teknik8.html

He got same power from 1.1 bar as with 1.6 bar, i believe it's his unported heads but he's building new plenums anyway...

All that Variable length crapola seem to be just a obstacle when force-feeding.

I have spend the winter loosing weight on my 930 instead..

Why would anyone inject water when you can inject fuel and accomplish the same thing AND get more power? Take their system and hook those nozzles to a supplemental fuel line.
Better yet, DIY for a lot less.

HP junkie here. The project is taking way too long, but is coming together now. My 930 sits engineless in my garage, however my 3.6 twin turbo is now at my mechanic's. I'm trying to track down the fuel system now. I hope to make a good 600 hp.

Well I was slowly buying my turbo system parts (Garret T28s, Tial BOV, was about to order Haltech E6K) but I had a little mishap in the car this weekend. Getting the body back in order is now my top priority and the turbo project is being put on hold. My turbos should have a GT2 EVO body to rest in when the time comes though.

Go Juan...wow...you really are pushing the envelope.

By the way, with the DAD seats what did you do about the sub harness in the five point system. As I recall the DAD seats don't have a hole to feed the strap thru so what did you do?

I was also wondering did your car make it into a magazine yet? If so which one?

Cheers
Mark

I am scrounging up all of the parts to convert my single k27 to a twin 993 based exhaust setup with modified twin 996 intercoolers dumping into a Carrera manifold. I am hopelessly hooked on this project with parts stacked up in my basement. 375 hp was not nearly enough, looking for 500+
