Windy interior on 74 911!

Hey folks,

We have a 1/4 inch gap between the driver's side window and the top on our 74 911 Targa. (Not as bad on the passenger's side.) What should I do.... winter is coming! I carried it to the glass shop, hoping they could jump a cog and raise the window a little, but they couldn't help me. The windows are cranking all the way up at the present time. I have looked at the top, when it is off and everything looks in order.
Suggestions? Thanks.

There are adjustments for the window and the side seals. Send me your e-mail and I will send you copies of the factory tech manuals.

You might want to post a few pictures. It could be that the top is sitting too high or that the window isn’t going up high enough.
