Help Identifying Part
Hello,
I am looking to connect my PMO fuel rails that are mounted on Weber carbs. The brass plug at end of rail measures as follows. SAE 20 comb matches on thread and OD measurement of threads is 0.464”. Ideally I’d like an elbow. Threaded on one end and hose barb on the other. If anyone has any ideas where to look or what to do please let me know. Thanks Steve Mc. |
Would a standard AN fitting from Summit work? Post a pic if you can so we can see what youre working with..

Marc. I was having trouble posting a pic from my phone.
Ayles. That is exactly what I’m trying to do. Nice setup. Mind sharing the details? It looks like a brass bushing in there? |
When I ordered the fuel bars from PMO I specified the AN version. Its been so long though that I cant remember if I bought them from PMO separately or if they came with the fuel bars. I believe they are brass npt to an adapters.
I would reach out to PMO directly. I have purchased small parts from them in the past with no problem at all. |
Thanks Ayles.
I will contact PMO tomorrow. |
sorry for possibly hijacking a thread, but I need to identify a part and not to create just another thread for that.
i was just looking at some pictures and noticed the red-highlighted cable. what it is, what's it connected to and and does it do? thing is, on my '86 3.2 this cable is not connected to anything, and just zip tied to a decklid release cable. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1572470729.jpg |
No worries goodnews. I have no idea what that is. Maybe look at a parts diagram or manual for your year and model?
As for contacting PMO they only accept a faxed question and will phone back. Anyone have their email or phone # or even better what size and system of thread I’m looking at? Thanks. |
Forget it. It’s M12-1.25.
I was being too fussy and not thinking about tolerances. Good luck good news. |
this is gg...it is your cruise control cable

I have been using that cable to set idle. Explains something I have been struggling with for a while related to the Accel Pull Rod and getting full throttle.
Thanks, Chris |
