1970 911T 911/03 engine

Hi all,
I understand in 1970 there were two different 911T engines offered with the manual transmission, the 911/07 which, according to the Red Book, had emissions tuning for the US market and the 911/03 which was fitted to the ROW vehicles. Does anyone know the exact difference between these two engines is?

Thank you!
