3.2 /w Wong Chip & Lightweight Flywheel, cutting out/ stalling when shifting

I have done some searching and i think i have the answer but want to reconfirm.

motor swap was JUST done so i dont have a ton of reference yet.

3.2 swap with a steve wong chip and lightweight flywheel from Patrick motorsports.

when car is lightly warmed up.. i drove down the road about 1/4 mile & pressed clutch in and car cut out ( flywheel issue). started back up when thru the stop sign, shifted into 2nd and cut out again.

to limp home i had to just keep the revs up when pressing the clutch to keep it going.

is this something that can be tuned out with the chip? or a simple idle adjustment?

TIA

Is the idle stabilizer working with the SW chip. Had a few that didn't.

I have no first hand experience, but when I had my 3.2 engine built, the shop said that with the lightweight flywheel installed, especially with the lightweight sport clutch, that the engine revs can drop so fast when the throttle is closed that the reference senders/idle stabilizer/computer can't catch the engine quick enough and it can stall.
Don't know if it's true, but that's what I was told.
So I went with stock flywheel and lighter clutch.

i believe you can get SW to change the tune so that fuel is added back in sooner as it comes down to idle speed with your foot off the gas. He probably throws in a couple of degrees more timing as the engine is coming down near idle too. I'd drop him a line and see what he says.

Did the new flywheel have both sensor points? Reference and position?

Contact Patrick Motorsports. They told me that this would be an issue when I inquired about ordering their lightweight flywheel package.
They had a fix for it, but I can't remember what it was as it was some time ago that I talked with them.
