68 911 engine access

Hi. I have my rear mounts out muffler etc doing my cam chain tensioners.
My question is can I lower the engine enough to acsess all the tin ware and repalce the engine tin ware seal. Without removing the gear linkage.
It needs a good clean and would like to powder coat the tin ware.
Thanks Lyndon

I once had a tensioner go bad on a long road trip, back in 1982, in a 1970 911E. I was able to remove the tensioner, get oil in it, and re-install with basic k-mart tools. It can be done without removing the engine.
