Cable under the seat; what is it for?
While replacing the DME in my 911 MY 87 I came across the blue/white disconnected cable.

The prong block connector
See the plate with 2 screws. It's to the left of that, behind the thing with the plastic "H" tab connector. ![]()

i think he is talking about the blue wires;-) the plug similar to your idea is in his case for DME relay...

the blue white and blue indicates going to your interior heater sensor for the blower ............
