1966 911 SWB restoration

Early 911 restoration project at the shop.My initial trail of thought was problems with the rear quarters,i could feel a none factory seam on the inside/overlap of panels.

Thanks for following along.

Rear quarter panel removal. The rear quarter panels had been replaced and overlapping the originals as predicted and in turn making a complete mess of the replacement quarter panels.

66 restoration

I sure miss my 66, 304133, great to see the very few left getting the love !
I was going through some parts in storage and found the front bumper weights that were part of the factory attempt to balance the early cars, if you need a pair to complete a 66 restoration let me know.
