Help with early 911 switch knob part no's please

Hello all,

I have a early window defroster cap symbol in green that I am trying to find the OEM Porsche part no for as it doesn't appear in Porsche PET also what model it would relate to.

Secondly I have a windscreen wiper cap symbol dashboard knob which I was advised came from a 911 probably 1974 - 1989 but once again I can't find any reference to it in Porsche PET and would really like to know the OEM part no's.

Lastly I have an early pull switch knob, screw type that looks like it could be 911 613 028 03 but it has a small plastic knob on it instead of the rubber type, any ideas on part no on this and what vehicle it would come from.

Appreciate it unfortunately the green cap / defrost symbol doesn't seem to appear in the Porsche PET nor any of the others unless I am missing something here

The part no 911 613 145 00 is for the actual switch I am trying to find a part no for the green cap defrost symbol which should have it's own part no so will the rubber knob
