Identify this Part, 1984 Targa
What is this thing hanging down between my sun visors? I just got the car, and I don't recall having this in my '88 Targa.

is that for auto heat? Does your 84 have it and did your 88 not?

this temp sensor for automatic heater control is there up to 1986 after the sensor is next to the radio (left) on dash...

your 1988 has it here right below the wiper arm trough the steering wheel you can see it --little round grille...
