Just reinstalled the engine in my 87 Targa 3.2 to fix the oil cooler seals.
I have a what looks like a vacuum hose from the Emission control value just behind the oil filler tank, it's about 2 foot long. My question is.... What does this small hose attach to? Al |

Back of the air filter housing IIRC. My memory isn't what it once was tho!

If it's about 3/4" diameter, it's from your carbon canister and attaches to the back of your air filter box.
If it's about 1/4" it connects to the backside of the throttle body. (See AIR VALVE to TEMPERATURE SWITCH below) ![]()
