Thom call paypal and explain what happened they will be glad to ask the gentlemen what the deal is and if he understands fraud. Also the local police in each state has been taking a big interest in internet fraud. Let the police knock on his door and arrest him. A local guy was arrested for less, frauds fraud and you have a reciept. If you cant find paypals number let me know i have a direct line they emailed me for being a good customer, Kevin
