Removing glass in manual aero mirrors

Trying to disassemble a set of manual aero mirrors and have skimmed through a number of threads here and on Rennlist, but can't seem to crack the code. I've tried using a thin flathead screwdriver to go through the bottom hole and unlock the wheel but cannot find the divot to lock into. I shined a light into the housing and it doesn't look like there is any.

Wondering if there's a difference between the inners of manual and electric and how to pop the glass out in manuals. Any guidance is appreciated, thanks!
